This is my longest ig post ever : and a post to my blog:

At 39 years of age and with all the life and work experiences I've had. It's pretty hard to be impressed let alone influenced ,not that im stuborn im pretty open:however is pretty hard to teach an old Dog to seat.specially one that has had a successful run in 2 demanding industries and one of them w/o even trying ( no that is not cutting hair) :I'm I padding myself in the back well you judge  ...don't be confused I measure success in the number of people I can make happy and don't base it on recognitions ,prices or accolades and  specially in this days not IG followers or social media "fame" . I don't claim to know it all or to even come close to it, but I've been through thick and thin and in two industries that have the same goal, which is serving people . And im still in the relentless pursue of excellence; i've been numerous trainings and developmental seminars with business and beauty industry and they have fallen short to my expectations and I mean it. All the same bla,bla,bla. And then comes this young guy with an Instagram account I couple of YouTube videos shears,comb,hairdryer and a product that counter markets it self in the jar, but yet delivers exactly what is says it would ,and a REMARKABLE vision and just nails it: no overdoing no fancy vocabulary, no luscious life style or celebrity clients . just straight to the point passion and inspiration for days . do yourself a favor not only follow this  young guy but study everything he says and put it to use . IT WORKS!. @andrewdoeshair is without a doubt one of the unsung leaders of this industry period. And should be recognized for it.

What is your motivation?

Money,notoriety,respect or just the the pleasure of doing what you love in absolute harmony.I love being a Tonsorial artist and the opportunities that it provides me ,Creative and financial freedom,countless acquaintances and friends but mostly peace of mind..It is a happy place away from home .I'm a crazy believer in all things good and Barbering is one of those. Do it ! but do it right respect your patrons and give them the best service possible all the time be Fair,Fun & Firm stand for what you believes and be sure to create the right expectation and you will be more productive. assertiveness & dependability are very important aspects of being a successful Tonsorial artist and don't forget to stay positive nothing negative gives back a positive!! stay away from that and from whom ever tries to bring anything negative close to you. So here we are November 2012     cant believe its been 3 yrs  since I was able to come  back full time to this wonderful trade of  barbering has not been been  easy  but  well worth it. I've fell in Lov e with  the city of Miami  which I've been    enjoying to the fullest, the energy the ppl the sky line the clubs, Res-

taurants the shows the sea the weather... what a place to be in.........as for work on my second 

shop in 3 yrs I can  say im blessed word of mouth plus a lil help from social networking has really  gotten the wheels turning.. this web / blog Twitter  IG and FB have been  critical. but of all I personally think that passion purpose hard work are the keys to what I already consider suces  did I mention word of mouth???
